My wattage use for my utility bill is down from last month…as is my water usage….but my bill is about 70$ more. The price gouging is out of control and newport needs another power company to go to.

Says you close at 4:30 yet we called at 3:55 got hung up on then called back and it says closed, really should have better staff who need to learn to do their job

Charged me for over tripple the normal water usage for 2 months. Claimed I had a water leak. They said it cost me 60 to see if the issue was on their end. The leak magically repaired itself and went away. I questioned it they ignored me.
Been without power for an entire day no one in the vicinity of my neighborhood is without power except for me my family and 2 other houses around me I have called multiple times they either hanged up or they say that their busy this Newport utilities is a joke.

Newport Utilities is nothing more then an over priceing monopoly and since Conagra siad they where leaving the price of electric, water when up and surge has gone up 40% to make up the 5 millon dollars they are losing now
