The water department is a ripoff. Bill always going up, charges always getting more expensive, fees are outrageous and I don’t believe they read meters like they should.
The clark who takes the payment is the sweetest but the rest of rockport is, how would I say it, as bad as an L-shaped pipe.. good luck to you all… This statement doesn’t include all the residents
I called today to ask a simple question and was treated horrible. The man that answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We don’t live in 1920’s sir! I feel sorry for co-workers. I am sure you talk down to everyone around you. 🙁
