Super bad customer service. I personally work with many customers too but dam they were very rude I did not even get a chance to explain my problem nor they even seem to care.
Trying to discover when city court is held but can’t find it anywhere. Was there once and was not impressed with the “judge”. Would like to check it out and see if he’s still presiding over the kangaroo process.
