Clarity Child Guidance Center is the only nonprofit mental health treatment center for kids ages 3 to 17 in South Texas. Our staff of children’s mental health professionals is the largest in the region. When a child is in crisis, we work with families to get much-needed treatment regardless of their ability to pay.

Great place and will take care of your kids. Definitely the best in San Antonio I would only take my kid here. Only things I would say is that it can be challenging to get ahold of your child at times. Also they could use some more coaching on coping skills so the kids understand why they are doing the activities they do.

This place is a joke my little boy was just in there a few months back and he stayed for a week. The only thing they did was draw blood from him the whole week.

As a former Patient, I can say that if you are willing to get help Clarity staff will do it’s best to get you help.
I can not speak for the Medical staff at this location, but the administration is horrible. Their admission policies are ridiculous and discriminative.

I believe the staff genuinely cares about the children my son has been in the inpatient facility twice and each time the really helped and I definitely see the change and growth in him.

I have been calling since Thanksgiving, and no one retired my calls. No one never answers the phone. My son needs to be medicated and has bad behavior. He has his letter from psychologist and has ADHD with a combined type. It’s sad there’s no help.
My time spent there was very nice. The staff and doctors were very nice people. The only thing that was annoying was the assessment center because it took a while to get through. But other that that, it’s a great place and I would recommend it.
