Our service has been constantly in and out – they came and replaced the receiver on our roof but failed to replace the cable to the modem – I reported to them that there was a crack in the cable prior to them coming out…..now it seems I can’t get them to call me back….. I switched my phone to LTE to be able to write this review because the wifi just doesn’t work. Terrible unpredictable service and they never answer the phone. I have a direct line of site from my house to the tower with no obstructions and the service is always giving us trouble everyday.
Service comes and goes at random. Streaming during “peak” (normal hours) is horrible. Prices have doubled since start, actual provided service is WORSE. We lose service for DAYS. No refund/prorate/ or explanation offered. Customer service is awful…good luck getting any response from them.
