Easily the worst electric company anyone could ever get stuck with,cause of a not so bad winter they feel they can jump there rates,worthless sorry excuses for humanity this lot is if u plan on being trucked go with these foul excuses for an electric company
I’ve been a customer for six years. They are always courteous on the phone and I love that there is an app that allows me to view and pay my bill and usage and they are always quick to repair any outages.

Pathetic excuse for a company. Have lived numerous places and have never had a company take so long to return service during an outage. Every homeowner should have options for power companies etc. These fools would be out of business though. Would rate lower if possible.
Slow at fixing issues but even worse the rates keep skyrocketing. I was never a huge fan of Duke but they are a million times better than Remc. Learned my lesson no matter how great a home is, if it has Remc as an electric company I will not buy that house going forward!
