  1. They do zero line maintenance, resulting in many power outages. I was personally told by a line worker they will only clear the lines when the line in question comes down. There are many lines that drastically need maintenance, but they will not do it until it falls.

  5. Nothing but respect for the line repair guys, but the engineer and connect/disconnect side of the office staff is rarely available to answer their phones and routinely fails to return calls. Very frustrating. I’m sure you can do better!

  6. This company cannot keep the power on. Their website is difficult to navigate to find a number to call when you need to report an outage and their staff have acted like it was an inconvenience to take my report. Third world countries have more reliable service.

  7. They give barely any notice for shutting power off for four hours. I work from home and can not afford my power being off that long. They didn’t seem to care or think it was that big of a deal. Disappointed with their customer service.

  30. By far the worse electric company I have ever been with. If a breeze blows the power goes out. The rates are high enough that you would expect necessary maintenance to be done to prevent outages. If they would trim the trees once in a while perhaps it would cut back on the outages.
