I spoke to a woman at the desk and she told me call them after hours because someone needed to be here when I turned on my water. I’ve called three times this week and I called last Friday. It goes to voicemail every time. I need my water turned on. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had my life. What a joke

we need to bring a law suit when it comes to their convenience fees…everything is done by computer now . when using a bank card you should not have to pay this fee.
Really petty about disconnection. Make sure you pay in full, on-time, every time. The notification for disconnection will ONLY be via paper mail. They will disconnect at the end of business, don’t bother calling them after hours.
