Every time I’ve been to the ER, (for myself, my son, or someone else) I’m in there for hours upon hours while the nurses sit around and talk to the doctor about things on Facebook or how their husbands never help around the house. It’s beyond ridiculous.

I’ve seen Derek Storck for routine visits and for illness and he and his staff have been great. They have been friendly, efficient and respected my time as a patient.
This is for both clinic’s (Flora and Louisville) Dr’s act as if u are a burden and really dont want you there. Will not listen to you when u explain what is wrong. Their cure for everything is ibuprofen and xrays. Then you get told they …
I’d give a zero star if I could. The ambulance took over 15 minutes to get two miles away and with no lights on (911 call). They waited in the driveway for 20 minutes before going back to hospital. The staff was very rude even though we cooperated. I’m never going back to this one ever again. Smh

Very uneducated ER staff on trouble shooting a power port. They need to know their jobs. Very rude unless you totally agree with them. However I have to say James my nurse was amazing, helpful and kind. Dr Brunner was also very kind and caring the 4 hours I was in the ER.
Came down visiting from Arizona for a wedding, right before the wedding had extreme flank pain. Come to find out 3 kidney stones one is the size of a dime. Rushing home to get my surgery done. The whole process was amazing at this facility, amazing caring staff, very clean, and just great.

Clean, quiet and well staffed.
They are not the best hospital in the world but they are a hundred times better than Richland Memorial Hospital
