Everytime I have to call them I get someone who is so condescending to me and treats me like I’m a child and have no idea what I’m talking about. If I wanted to be treated that way I would have stayed in duval county with JEA… its not like clay utility’s prices are any better…

3 months in a row, I’ve paid my bill on time and in full. 3 months in a row they’ve turn my water off for non-payment. Each time my wife calls, on the 3rd month we get an answer. They’re charging us a connection fee for there mistakes.
Wesley, our tech came out for a call we made concerning black water , it wasnt the city water, and we never would have realized it was our water softner if Wesley hadn’t been so involved and helping us track down the problem. He went way above the call of duty and save is a ton of stress we would have had!!!
I tried to report a broke water line to a Clay County Utilities employee who was in the neighborhood. He told me to call it in myself. They don’t do anything without a work order.
Had a great experience with CCUA. Had a leak at my meter and they came promptly to fix and you can’t even tell they were here. The staff from the office was very kind and appreciative. Thank you for your help.
