Great place
Best place
This place is pure hell
This place needs to be shut down
Be careful
Will not help at all for someone who desperately needs is.
The facility cares about money. Don’t go here!!!
Someone died there when I was in outpatient due to neglect
Be prepared to wait 3 hrs for a discharge on #400.
Worst place to go. Just don’t. Get a good friend.
These guys are dishonest and defrauding the patients, insurance companies, and the government.
Upper management only cares about money, not the patients or staff.
Horrible care!!! If you have a loved one here, get them out asap!!
OMG Dont ever send anyone here for treatment. Horrible hospital.
Tibor Hetei was killed by this hospital on July 15th 2017.
Not a good hospital at all would not recommend to anyone who wants to get better staff are rude go patient belongings when they want take what they want steal our property
This place was terrible I was mistreated not fed right and they tried to get rid of me when my insurance did not cover it this is the worst place ever I hope no one you know ever goes to it
This place only cares about money. That’s the top priority, not patient or staff safety! Don’t go here and get your loved ones out NOW!!
Momma Bear was the best one there and everyone was so good with all of the people there. I loved it!
So these other comments our right on this place looks nice and that’s all wouldn’t waste a minute more here my boyfriend tried to get help and they turn you away because you have the sense enough to want help don’t bother they don’t care
Understaffed unhappy workers. To put it shortly, it actually felt like prison and I’ve never felt so useless in my life
This place has so many amazing people my daughter was here and all the front desk people the nurses doctors therapist were amazing thank you all for your hard work and helping my daughter
This is not a place to get any kind of help. I was abused by staff and forced to sign legal documents I didn’t want to.
Told I couldn’t leave after my hold was up and cleared by the Dr. Now I’m being asked to pay a huge bill for there services. This place should be closed permanently!
This place was hell, there is no God here. I can’t wait for the Divine intelligence to intervene. Your time is up Clearview. Dr. Peter West is no doctor of Osteopath.
I was a patient for the adolescents and Kara was awesome she made me realize that certain problems can be fixed but can be contaied both brittanys are awesome funny and chill
ALL NEW MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING THE CEO. NOVEMBER 2019 STATE REVIEW ONLY DISCOVERED 2 VIOLATIONS. THEY DESERVE AN ENTIRELY NEW SET OF REVIEWS, BECAUSE IT’S AN ENTIRELY NEW FACILITY.
The otherside was actually more helpful because there were less patients. Plus we were more at risk of doing something. I agree the other unit needs a change, but had it not been for clearview I’d be dead right now.
There are some good staff here, but most of them are extremely rude and they instigate the patients. They do not help. I felt worse when I left than when I came
They do not allow patients to communicate with friends and family. I believe that this facility is in need of funds and keeps people unnecessarily sedated such that they can keep them longer than they need to stay. It’s all about the money.
My teen has been to a few different places for mental health THIS PLACE WAS/IS AMAZING…All the staff are hands on caring compassionate people my teen was able to come home with tools she needs to help her cope with her mental health in a positive way So so very thankful for clear view and their staff
If I could give less than one star I would! Absolute, disgusting treatment of patients! This place has been being investigated by the state, the federal government, Medicaid and Medicare, and private insurance companies. They need to be CLOSED DOWN.
Worst experience. No shower no sheets no blankets no physical therapy. Mother in law placed here should have not been. Couldnt receive or make calls. Was out of a horror movie. Staff was rude mean
Given conflicting information from the time we checked in until the time we noped out of there and left. Waited 3 hours for help, assessment, and resources, then had a really bad gut feeling about the place. Would not recommend!
My mom is in here now we did a “family” session which was who was my mom going to stay with I told her not me because my mom been calling her drug dealer in there to get ahold of us and the therapist and any got in a disagreement because I …
I disagree with the negative comments here…..saved my life. I met some wonderful staff and patients and the therapy was great. I don’t know why you others complain so much. It isn’t supposed to be Disneyland.
THE worst place for anyone to be in. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! My brother was transferred here from the hospital trying to get help. They made brother insane. He developed serious anxiety, depression and not to mention PTSD. My brother committed suicide in December because of this place.
Marissa Vigna, an employer to this facility is an absolute disgrace to the psychological field. 0/10 never come here. hire better employees and maybe your business wouldn’t be such a flop. this place doesn’t care about your wellbeing.
I went to this place …I was treated right ,fed right and really had a sense of belonging they really took me from out of control to sensible and back to believing i could live normally again …. Please consider them if you ever feel out …
Horrible nightmare! even if the state allows it to be open, they have gone too far and will continue to use and abuse – they have zero intention of doing better by patients and only aim to figure out how to fool officials. Shut it down forever and don’t allow the company or its employees to go near patients ever again.
My stay here was very pleasant, helpful and supportive! Only ONE non important staff member was degrading, cold and made me depressed and anxious at the very beginning of entry. I feel I gained a life changing experience that I see hope in …
They will keep you here for 10 days and not even provide basic necessities like underwear. It was completely inhumane and completely disgusting. They didn’t provide individual therapy, you don’t learn anything from coming here, it’s just a matter of counting down the days until you finally get out
Absolutely horrible!! Maxx Meyer is a joke of a “therapist”!!!!!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR KIDS, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE! What a MESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL MESS OF “MEDICAL CARE”! My child was brutally beaten in this hell hole and staff NEVER CALLED TO …
Insurance fraud. This facility will make up reasons to keep patients longer than necessary if the patient has insurance. It’s so disheartening to see beautiful human beings treated with such a lack of dignity and compassion. 50 years from …
They pump you full of pills so you are complacent, and they threaten patients and yell often. Most of the staff are very into their positions of power and constantly abuse them. They have suicides living in the same area of drug detoxes and …
Called numerous times and left messages asking them to call me back because I was trying to get in an out-patient program. I was struggling badly and needed more therapy than my normal once a week session with someone unrelated to this …
After 2 weeks, several phone calls and two trips to the facility (from out of town), the facilitie’s psychiatrist denied needed treatment, after zero minutes spent with the patient. The reason given was he was not comfortable treating …
Irresponsible, lack of accountability and dangerous policies that do not protect patients. Do not allow yourself or a loved one to enter this facility. …
By far the worst facility I’ve had my son in!! He was discharged May 5th 2017 and no discharge plan. He was pail, skinny and dirty. Talk about neglect. I will never ever have my son put in a place like this ever again. I don’t even know how it’s still operative.
Below I have listed many situations I experienced at Clear View I was placed here for a failed suicide attempt after hanging myself. I was released on the 2/7/17 after just 3 days here I experienced the worst treatment imaginable. …
Was a patient here they kept me longer than supposed.
Doctor Mirin Babak put everyone on gabapentin and trazadone.
He didn’t talk to me for days he always avoided me. …
Horrible place to work!!! Scandal after scandal. A
They do not care about the patients or staff safety, just money and numbers. State came in and almost closed the place down for its filth and violations. …
This facility needs to be shut down! They treat u as a prisoner and the bldg. looks like a jail. The medical assistants are very unprofessional and even flirt with the younger patients. The minute u request to leave they commit u to a 72 hour hold to keep u there and collect the insurance money. Never even saw a real doctor!
My son went here after a skateboard crash led to a concussion and other reactions. We have excellent insurance that covered 100%. …
I was at Clearview from February 2, 2018 to February 12, 2018 due to relapse to alcohol and a suicide attempt. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is battling a mental illness as most of the staff members are very professional and …
I was there for an attempted suicide, in November. The people I was with were nice, but the staff were not the best. Kaija (not sure if I spelt that right) was one of the only staff that was an okay staff member. That and the chefs. I never …
I have never in all my years of practice as a Social Worker myself EVER been treated with such disrespect from a therapist before. We took my husband’s mother here with the intent of getting help. Phone calls were not returned, the only …

It makes me so sad to see all of these negative reviews about CVBH.
I have been to almost every single psychiatric hospital in Colorado, and Clear View is no question one of the best. There have only been two hospitals that I’ve …
Staff was hit or miss, the whole place was run like an adult daycare. Very disorganized and there was no one-on-one therapy, it was all “group therapy” which was run by people who were sometimes only 19 uears old, they were very nice, but …
I was the happiest I’d ever been in a long time while I was there. The endless coloring and activities and therapy were relaxing and gave me time to focus on myself. The staff was nice but I could tell they were stressed which came out on …
Not a patient myself but my wife was, could never get any communication reguarding her care, never a diagnosis, they would not allow her to leave or be picked up and taken out. They would not return phone calls to myself or her immediate …
The staff were good people, however the doctors are not. They kept everyone who was there at that time longer than the mandatory 72 hours except people who didn’t have health insurance. They came up with no good reason to keep me longer. but they did. I was there a total of 5 days. Now I’m stuck with a $2000 bill.
They hire counselors who were just licensed in Jan of 2018 who then in April of 2018 say they are really good at their job and then lie. Not sure if it is out of incompetence or if they think they know something so it’s ok to lie to get a …
Recently discharged. Staff is incredibly competent, but held up by the red tape of executives. Denied necessary medication the first two nights. Sending a letter tomorrow further detailing my experience. I can only hope they’ll take it …

This hospital should be shut down.
It’s 99% group therapy, which is a lot of crazy people complaining, it’s triggering for most patients! …
Do not admit your self or loved one into this facility. They are greedy and only want your money. They will only admit you if your insurance will pay. And when they find out your insurance will pay. They will keep you longer than needed …
They deserve a firm -1000. I trusted them with my child and they miserably failed due to lack of supervision.when my son arrived there he had no injuries do self harm. I went to visit on Thursday and he had very clearly self harmed and NO …
This post is my most detailed followup review for 12 2018

I cannot even rate this place. Maybe a -100 This mental facility is a scam that extends the stay of it patients to rip off patients and insurance providers with no justification. Staff never contacts you or informs you why an extended …
this place was hell. the therapists didnt try to help, only a few techs cared. staff would yell and talk back to patients and it would trigger people severely. i was there for 9 days and they didn’t give me my clothes until around day 4-5. …
My wife was hospitalized here in order to stabalize her medications. They did that okay. But her stay there was like being in jail. I got fed up when I went to visit her, and the information given was wrong about visiting hours. I ended up …
I was sent to Clear View for a voluntary 72-hour hold related to suicidal ideation. This facility’s ability to meet my needs was appalling. I have autism and need a text-to-speech communication device to supplement my communication. They …
Horrible place, I would not want my loved one here for any reason. No real therapy, understaffed, poor physical environment. Most regulations violated. Staff is very unhappy and often just don’t show up to work, even the therapists. …
My experience is only with the adolescent section for my daughter.
The Good: …
A family member was here for a few days to help deal with a serious mental illness. I was very hopeful at first, in part because of the highly touted program and promise of followup and involvement of family, which is key for situations …
Do not send your loved ones here if you wish to really get them help. No one there knows whats going on and when defending themselves every single one of them gave the same answer….”I’m new here.” The doctor NEVER ONCE called me back. …
Horrible place for people wanting help. Staff lost my belongings, don’t give important phone messages, don’t introduce themselves when speaking to you. Filthy filthy place. The trays food is served on are filthy and the glass separating …
Be warned.
While projecting a professional & clean image due to their new facility, Clear …
My wife self-admitted herself due to depression, and went into the 55+ unit which was very uncrowded. One previous hospitalization was 18 years ago and wasn’t so voluntary that time. This time, she was discharged 3 billing days later, …
Our experience was that the staff from the front desk to the food service staff was kind and compassionate. Being able to have an intake into the program without going through the emergency room was convenient and less traumatic than the …
