I traveled from Tomball to Cleveland for my vaccine shot. I was 30 minutes early and was taken in with no problem! The process was VERY well organized and was quick!

When this place opened they were very great with a wonderful staff. But like most of cleveland has gotten horrible with time. Staff was very rude, and didn’t act like medical professionals. Did you know the best thing to do on a sprained foot is to walk on it?
Theresa in admitting saw I was frustrated at the red tape she took over for me. She said “it was her job”. NO that lady went above and beyond for me.
My CT scan Person Walter was very professional and nice. Took time to make sure I understood the process.
They were very well organized. Got in, got my shot, did my 15 minute wait, then went home. Next shot is in a couple of weeks. The people were all very nice and gentle.

This hospital is one of the worse!!! They don’t care about helping you feel better, about trying to get rid of your pain so you get some rest and be more comfortable, AVOID this place if you can, some nurses are nice but not the doctors. If there was an opinion of no stars if would.

2/22/21 Arrived early for Covid 19 Vaccine. Received a warm and professional greeting. Directed to Ms.Robin to confirm paperwork and Ms. Erin for the inoculation. Waited for 15 minutes then sent on my way. Less than 25 minutes total. Everything ran like clockwork and everyone was friendly and professional.

I had so much fun while I was there which is odd. They were kind and even had me laughing. The entire staff was so personable, I felt like I had known them for a Long time after I left. The couch was out of this world comfortable too.
Went in to get my son looked at to make sure he was okay, waited approximately an hour and left without being seen by doctor. Save yourself the heartache and drive further to a better hospital.
