I like to come here because there is no waiting time what I do not like is that the place is very dirty and the person who is in front and takes the samples is very despotic
Extremely poor customer service. Front desk attendant was RUDE and Un knowledgeable. Lack of communication and professionalism. Spent almost 500 for Covid test and still waiting for results since 8am. Absolutely ridiculous.
If i could rate this place a zero i definetely would! Front desk lady horrible attitude, came in and practically ignores me no one in the lobby and still couldent get helped. I wished i check the reviews before going there. Plus the environment looks so unsanitary.

We paid $300 for a COVID-19 results same day delivery test and we never got the results!!!!
They should email result within 24hours… they never email not even 72 hours.
