These folks are great. We did an initial install of tank, then they installed instant-hot water heater. On the business side, they converted two stoves, fryer and flat-top with great detail. We also just switched over our new B & B to CMP. Even the drivers are great…especially when they had to deliver on Christmas Day!!!

As of now am out of propane talking to the emergency line as long as stove won’t light and can’t smell propane it’s not an emergency. So for the weekend I can’t use stove or oven or use my washer. Monday is fasted somebody can come to solve my problem. Customer care I say they drop the ball.

We called for oil on 12/23. Oil delivery is scheduled for 12/29. House temperature was 52 this am. So many excuses from CMP. Not acceptable customer service.
Disappointing- I went there to buy a product they sell. I was told that no one was available to help me and to go elsewhere. I guess they must be doing pretty good if they can turn away customers like that. Luckily I found another place that was happy to sell me what I needed.
My girlfriend called to confirm they were open and able to refill 2 propane tanks in Philipsburg. We go there once a week to get them filled during the colder months. We are regular customers. Upon arrival 20 min later she was told that no …
