Be careful with their autopay. If you get one digit wrong, you won’t know there is a problem until the payment bounces and you get a $30 fee. I would recommend using a different method to autopay, since their system seems to be flawed.
In my experience, both private and professional, Coast EPA has some great people, from the bottom to the top. They actively care about their customers and community. We have used their auto pay since we first became customers with no problem, but it was set up right in the beginning.
