How does a couple of days end up 7 to 10 days? Waited 5 days so I finally called back , was told maybe the first of next week. Out of gas now what?????
Lousy if you need service it is at least 3weeks They will schedule for and then they will not guarantee that timing. Called another company got service the next morning

HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND GOT THROUGH ONE TIME, THEY DID NOT CALL BACK AS THYE SAID THEY WOULD. HOLDING FOR HOURS AT A TIME
Called to find out when would b here spoke to Ericka who was rude and all she would tell me is 7 to 10 business days then got a bill for 124.99 just to come and deliver and do a leak check she tried to tell me she told me that, but she did not, never use coast gas again nothing but money grubers and liers.
I have had an appointment scheduled for over a month because it was the “soonest” they can fit us in for a tank install. Today, they just called and said they have to reschedule it for another week out “because of the weather.” I guess they think its okay if MY pipes freeze.
I’ve never had a problem with Coast. I’ve never run out of gas or had to call for a refill. Once when I was away, the service man lit the pilot in my gas logs for my wife. I appreciated it.
SINCE THE CLOSED THE CULLMAN BRANCH, THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE BITES. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT KEEP HANGING UP. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL RUN OUT OF GAS BEFORE YOU GET A LIVE PERSON THAT KNOWS WHAT THEIR JOB.
