Twice our power has gone out in the middle of the night do to limbs coming down. They have responded within two hours and had our power back on. Thank you for all you do!!!
I have worked with coastal electric twice. They are the most reliable company in the area. N both times they fixed our problem quickly and were helpful.
Called today about a billing issue that was on their side. The customer service rep at the Midway location was no help. She was a total snot as soon as she realized that I wanted to complain about how them making a mistake was inconvenient to me. She told me “Well, it’s in the contract you signed.” Thanks, not.
If I could leave a 0 star I would. Some how the power is a minimum of 25.00 per day which is outrageous I’m damn near paying what I pay for rent just in electric. Then when going to make a a payment their system is down and they can’t reconnect service. And I get told it is what it is. This is absolute madness
I moved here from SC and thought I’d be saving money in my lil 2bdrm trailer…. Im spending damn near what my rent is for my electric bill. My home is empty til about 3pm everyday and even once me and my sons return home its hardly anything on. I paid over 300 dollars in one month. I hate y’all service with a passion

I find that they fail to send notice when a bill is late 2 weeks and they will cut your power without even a phone call. Then they charge you a reconnect fee for pushing a button in their office…BS.
