Very good company
Staff is always friendly!
Helpful. Community oriented co-op.
If you have a choice, never choose them
Thank goodness for SCE&G/Dominion.
Go ahead and invest in a generator.
If Donna Crosby is any part of this organization you should avoid it.
Deposit was to high $535 is beyond ridiculous so forced to do prepay
Lights bill was 400 when power was turned off 3 4ths of month. Lol like that makes since
I didnt have the negative experience everyone else had.
This os a very horrible company due to the people it employs even the manager is no help to anyone. And when they get tired of trying to help they actually stop answering the main phone.
I am selling my house today and needed to schedule a day to take the electric out of my name. The young man taking my request was not trained enough to be answering requests. Not professional or knowedable at all!
Started with them 2 years ago. Had to pay over $500 to get the lights on.
The people are rude. They have no knowledge about the job that they are doing and have been cheating people out of their money for years. They really are bullies.
And this is the epitome of what’s wrong with monopolies. When you don’t have any other options, you have no choice but to deal with rude, unprofessional, and just plain nasty demonic satan worshipping attitudes of this staff and management -_-
Shout out to the guys that worked through the night to get power back.
Ripoff if you can avoid using this company I advise you do not use them they are scammers and they’re rude rude women that work there and they don’t care if you have kids or old people at home they will cut your power off even though you don’t owe anything and you have a positive balance on your lights
The woman at the window was very rude. She acted like she didn’t want to talk or help with my issue.
Worst electric company ever and rude customer service very greedy deposit is 550$ never experienced that high any where else always been 250 then when you do get prepaid they literally turn your power off over 70 cents woooowwwww seriously people
You guys are awesome. The power goes out because of Mother Nature and you get it back on in a very timely manner. Keep up thr good work.
13 cents/KwH. Is sky high rate for coastal Georgia. Of course if you make the $350 deposit your rate goes to 10 cents/kwh. Compared to the Midwest which averages between ~7.5 to ~9 cents/KwH. They do have an app which is nice.
Worst power company ever. If I could rate them a zero I would. These people are ruthless, inconsiderate and plain out rude. Avoid them if at all possible.
Never have I ever been so disgusted with an electric company. These people are vicious, nasty rude and more. They falsify reports, mislead those paying. Our electric was shut off despite adding the min 40 balance for recconect and after …
If I could rate this place less than one star, I would. Whoever answers the phone will tell you whatever you want to hear – even though it could be totally wrong information. I drove over two hours to get a meter can and was told they had …
My deceased ex had the power and his name. The property was in my name also. I had to furnish the deed, death certificate, proof It was me. They wanted $400 deposit. I couldn’t afford it. I did prepaid. I only come here to get away. I get a …
Just realized we were charged $425.00 from the previous residence that lived at our address before us. Also just realized we signed to authorize it but you sign a key pad and cannot see what you are signing. They are thief’s and will steal …
I was trying to help a relative with a bill service issue, because she was going through a lot and was still emotional. The agent was short, I would say a bit rude then I requested to speak with management. She was very rude rushing me off …
I took over a property that belonged to my aunt who died. I provided all estate info etc. Why did I do that? My services were promptly turned off. Turns out they do not allow services to remain in deceased parties name. No problem. As an …
I didn’t have the negative experiences previous posters had. I called for information on Tuesday and spoke with a lady who was very helpful. I went to the office itself on Wednesday to get my account set up. The lady at the front was …
