Don’t go here!!!! Unless you are looking for someone to just give you meds. I went in for a mental evaluation. Most of the evaluation was trying to tell me my legal obligation (lies as I have an attorney) and trying to give me legal advice. …

Great group of people
Got me clean 😁 …
Great support there
Very organized and professional.
Unorganized rude ..not a good place at all ..
Awesome Staff Clean Facility..
Rude medical staff. To wit lindsay
I don’t know what I would do if this place wasn’t here for me If this place wasnt here i would be dead
Thanks for nothing Lindsay Joines!
Not the greatest place if you need help in recovery. Not enough person time. Its all about number, statistics, and money to these people
Lady at front desk very rude and mean. I’ll take my blue cross blue shield somewhere else. Thats all there after anyway.
Want money to charge you money. They won’t do basic services without milking you for a consultation before your real visit.
Front counter personnel look down and try to be-little you treating you like you are not equal to them. They need treatment to learn how to treat people.
Great place to get clean. There is so much help there for so many things, all you have to do is ask!
Terrible place, anywhere but here frfr. I wouldn’t send anybody to this place, not even my worst enemy!
Anthony my peer support is a great guy and a great listener he the best
Coastal has a very caring staff and A lot of resources to access. It’s a pretty tight knit community of recovery.
They have helped me in many different ways..At first it was a little unorganized, but then if you took things to the right person they would work it out.I get all of my doctors at the same place and I get my meds there also..People can say …
Not helpful very ruled disrespectful employees to be working in a place that says they here to help people.
Never want to go back but im in need of help so bad.
I’ve been here since July & I’m doing very well. In the beginning u go to IOP for 3 mos., then 2xmo.U will get & stay clean if u want it.
This place is pure garbage. They have terrible communication and availability. My wife had a blood clot and several other serious conditions need refferal to specialists, it took them 4 months to do anything. Do not go here under any circumstances.
I know someone that goes there. They want off the methadone. Yet this place seems to keep stringing people along. They make it so hard to get decreased so you can get out of the program. This place needs to be shut down for medical malpractice
Coastal Horizons has an abundant and live resource set that has helped me tremendously on my path back to wellness. I strongly suggest anyone seeking help for their mental and physical needs to check them out because if they don’t have what you need they will create it.
I’ve been there since October 17,2017 was day i started went through hell to get in took 3 times longer than I was told … also be care what u say to certain people they will take it and use it against you….. get help get clean life’s so much better…
I don’t understand a place that will not help you. I was trying to transfer from another clinic with clean drug screens yet they will not accept me. I’ve been trying to get into this clinic for 2 mos. now and they have said no again. Why …
If I could give a negative review I would! They told my councilor from md all I needed was the doctor to give permission as wel as my councilor and had me wait for four hours to tell me and my home clinic that they don’t have a provider on …
I go to the methadone clinic that they have as a courtesy or guest dose. I have 13 take homes and have had flying colors for clean UAs, counseling and a the things to keep my record clean. This place won’t give me them and makes me go every …
Coastal Horizons is a wonderful place for those who need some help with their addiction, and are willing to take the program seriously. I started at costal horizons over a year and a half ago, and will soon be leaving. They got me into …
If you want to be script pushed go ahead and go here. I told my dr several times what I needed to be on but she had me on 4 different medications leading me hospitalization in the icu for toxicity.
Have to say the best of the best that works here they really care for the people that care about their selves you get what you give…
They are mainly a substance abuse treatment center. They offer mental health services, but you will have to pay about $15 per appointment whether it’s med management or therapy. I did not have this problem at Helping Hands. if you have …
I was referred to this company to get intensive in home for my disabled son, which the team we worked with, were amazing – branch from Burgaw. He sees the psychiatrist there and she’s beyond amazing still to this day. She goes above and …
I’ve been waiting over a month to see a psychiatrist. They’ve made me reschedule twice now and my situation isn’t improving while I’m waiting. The therapist they’ve set me up with is very nice and the sessions are helpful. The staff in general are pleasant. Be prepared to wait to get on any sort of medication.
When starting out it’s a good place, but after a month of being there that’s when they get you. They don’t accept any type of insurance from anyone when it come to suboxone, methadone, they charge 7$ a day for medication which isn’t …
They made me go without medication for over a week because I missed a zoom meeting instead of letting me reschedule my meeting. I miss my doctor Ashley Nursery, she bent over backwards to help. Are they forgetting their patients are having mental issues and have memory problems? Shame on them for not caring. Elizabeth had no compassion.
Guest dosing was a total nightmare ! Instead of enjoying a very, very hard earned rest to visit family, I spent most of my time either on the phone with various staff members, or wasting the entire morning waiting for them to figure things …
This place is the worst place to go to for help . If you want 5 star and want to be treat it like a human go to Reflections Of Hope they treat you like a human being not a number. And they really care about there people. Get out as soon as you can and go to reflections Of Hope their address is 33 Darlington Ave. in Wilmington nc
