My husband has been receiving wrong supplies and have consistently left messages to rectify with no response for at least 6 months AND have been consistently billed for supplies. He then left several messages to discontinue the supplies and it is discarded as he keeps receiving unauthorized supplies. Still no response.
Kinda difficult to find but nice helpful ppl there. They had a part i needed when I forgot mine back in Kona.
This place has incredibly shady business practices. Beware.
