Made an appointment Confirmed an appointment. Went to the appointment only to be told I needed a large co pay. Annoying ….this time spent making the appointment and waiting to go to the appointment and not given the co pay information ahead of time Very disappointed in this facility
My order was faxed by my Dr’s office in March. It is June 7th and Dee at Coastline called to tell me I have an appointment on June 8th. I declined and chose another facility. Sonya RN

Sorry you guys had so many problems. So far everything has worked out fine for me. I just let my Dr handle everything and it all went perfectly as planned. No trouble at all.
I have gone to this facility on a couple of occasions and each time they were running behind schedule by nearly 1 hour. The reception desk staff seemed disorganized and were not very personable. It seems like a negative culture. My doctor wanted to schedule a CT Scan for me at this facility. I declined and decided to go somewhere else.

Friendly staff. Had apt at 1115. I walked in at 1107 and was in the MRI by 1120. I was back in my car at 1150. Thanks / great service.
Room for improvement , maybe new or better linen possibly wash it and fold it and store it somewhere that is not close to the ground
