Trying to get someone to answer the phone is ridiculous. I’ve called 5 times been on hold over an hour before giving up!!! Maybe they would answer if we could use another water company!!!

Typical of government run agencies and businesses with no competition, cobb county water system is poorly managed, has understaffed customer service, no helpful options (for example it’s 2018 and they won’t allow you to pick a monthly due date) high prices and they don’t care.
Real long wait times when you call… Expect to wait 15 plus minutes. The lady did not even say sorry for the wait. They know you have to have water, therefore they can just treat you any old way!
