Great bedside manner. Listens to your concerns and before the end of the visit always asks if you have any questions. Cares about her patients.

All 3 of my unfortunate experiences with this hospital were terrible. Not only did they grossly overcharge myself and my insurance company, the staff lacked bedside manner, and housekeeping was almost non existent.
I go in every week for blood work. Everyone is cordial and helpful.
The medical records dept needs to be more efficient, getting records to surgeons before surgery would be nice Had to pickup records & hand carry them to surgeons in the valley.

This facility should be called Cobre Valley Urgent Care. If you need stitches or crutches, they might be able to help you, but for anything more severe, keep on driving. Been here for HOURS now for THIRD TRIP IN 24 HOURS AND STILL WAITING FOR CARE! Stay away if you value your life!

I go into the ER with excruciating chest pain like I have never experienced in my life at 6am. This ER just wants your money and does NOT care about helping. I got every test done under the son and even the nurses said I probably don’t need ā¦
I went for surgery and the surgical staff was extremely kind, and helpful. They answered my questions about the process and explained what I needed to do after the surgery. Dr. Hanson is an excellent surgeon and answered all my questions. Care and concern were constantly expressed.
I’ve received excellent care here in the ER, with my primary care physician, and with the orthos for neck issues. Admin staff is very responsive and professional and are pushing for the best possible care in a rural area. Facility looks great with the remodel. I highly recommend staying in town and getting your care here!
Had a bad night but had outstanding nurse Heather who went above and beyond for my mother. We waited for results and were happy to have them back in less than an hour. Thanks for taking extra time to go over our new medications.

Dr . Michael Bryan is the greatest asset this hospital has! Along with his assistant Annette you will find none better. I moved from the area 8 months ago and my husband died 6 weeks ago. Through both of these events what I missed so much was Dr Bryan and his kind and caring help. You are so lucky to have him on your staff.

My appointment was on time and went smoothly. Dr. Croft was congenial and to the point. I received cortisone shots in my hand and I still have pain which is not unusual since 24 has not elapsed yet. Hopefully, the treatment will render relief soon. If not, I will report to the doctor.
