College Park, off College, before you get to Quivira is a busy facility, the staff from checking in to checking out, scheduling, customer service (phone), medical staff and doctors are extremely professional, friendly and caring. I was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly. I didn’t have to wait upon arriving and the dr I saw spent a good amount of time with me during my physical.
I love this practice for general care. My doctor always remembers my history and she is very caring and willing to discuss my care and answer my questions. When I need an immediate appointment, I cannot get in to see my primary care doctor, but I can see a PA or another physician that same day.
Appointment time was meet, short wait and check out was fast.

The front office staff is great. I enjoy Dr. Dobratz. However, the lab process was not totally smooth and the results, such as they were, did not reflect any useful information. Six vials of blood were drawn and I got two results for creatinine and one other reading but no results at all for my urine test. Not acceptable.
