  5. Typically aren’t seen for at least 45-60 minutes after your appointment time even if it’s just to talk about lab result…..Staff is very rude….I’m looking for another practice and will never go back to this place….

  6. Patient Portal is infuriating. I just attempted to login for 40 minutes without success. It kept freezing, telling me there was an error, asking me to complete the login again, provide the same information again, and never logged in.

  7. For anyone getting covid testing done I was with @Zachary Youngblood I’m the one he’s talking about, just so yall know I was there for 4 hours and watched the ladies doing the covid testing walk in and out testing people and not changing there gloves.

  8. “Scheduled Appointment” are never kept on time. You sometimes wait 1 or 2 hours to be seen. All you get is excuses about why they are late seeing you. It happens all the time…..

  9. Worst experience ever, the appointment was at 8 AM, asked to be there at 7:45, I was in the lobby until 09:20 for my yearly check up and they code all the charges as a regular visit.

  12. Consistent 1-2 hour wait times for scheduled appointments. I confronted the doctor about it and he said that waiting 2 hours to see a good doctor should be acceptable.

  13. Quick and attentive. Once I got in the back, the nurse practitioner did a quick exam and decided what I needed. The tech was very quick with the prescription and the shot.
