The Doctor and staff were on hand and ready at my scheduled appointment. They took the time to carefully run the necessary tests and explain the results in detail.
Dr. Grinn and the medical staff were wonderful. The billing department on the other hand was combative and unprofessional. They refused to help me in anyway to resolve a claim issue. Very disappointed in the customer service I received.
