This home loan department is not what it used to be. It is infested with incompetent and unethical people. Loan officer never showed up to closing. They misled me on the terms of the loan
They don’t value their long term members here. I would highly suggest not going through CCU. They don’t have their documents or information correct and communication with them is extremely difficult. We have been members for over five years and will be switching immediately.

Terrible online banking experience – and they don’t even have online or automation for paying their own issued credit cards or loans – payments have to be mailed in or dropped off. This is a standard well below most other banking institutions, very inconvenient.
