  14. I needed some help with online access and fixing a mistake I made when filing. They were very helpful. Told me where I went wrong, fixed it for me and went out of their way to make sure I was completely taken care.

  15. Typical government incompetence. Tried to call them to straighten out their mistake. However, when I try to get through, they just hang up on you. Doesn’t matter if it’s republicans or democrats, both are ineffective, lazy and unhelpful.

  22. I have now spent a combined 4 hours and 41 minutes on hold without speaking to a single person over 3 days trying to talk to somebody. All of which was on my lunch break because that’s the only time I can call. My refund check never arrived to me, and I’m calling to get it reissued properly. Hopefully somebody answers soon

  23. Called three times and they picked up at the third time. Then, the girl was VERY VERY helpful for solving my problem. I guess they are super busy, but once you can talk to one of them, it is a pleasant experience!
