Terrible! They turned off my gas on a day that was below freezing for the low. It was the day of the past bill being due and I didn’t even have the chance to pay before they shut it off and added on $50 more dollars in fees to even turn it back on
Horrible communication and horrible customer service.
3 days to get me gas for heat in the middle of winter even after taking my money to turn on service and waiting on the edge of my seat for their technician to show up. I thought Centerpoint was bad. Nothing has changed for the better.
I have had the same problems as everyone else! They have shut us off in below freezing temperatures for as little as 17.00. I was just paying on a cutoff notice for less than 40 dollars.
Horrific customer service. I have been waiting for a deposit for close to a year after paying a final bill. Now I am hearing that a deposit was never collected on the account and no one seems to know where the deposit has gone. A complete scam of a company.
While installing a new gas line, summit utilities ( company now taking over for center point) may have made a hole in my sewer line. They came over to check for the yellow gas line in my sewer line, but a soft muddy blockage made it too …
