Definitely not up-front with their billing – I was several sessions in, under the impression that it was covered by insurance, before they revealed to me my total balance.
Scheduling is terrible. I have had 3 out 5 appointments canceled with out notification. I spoke to Front desk, nurses and managers and they had no idea what was going on or cared enough to research. There was no resolution.
Absolutely fabulous staff! They didn’t start with throwing pills at me and the PT people are wonderful. My back started feeling better within minutes of starting to work through the exercises.

It is near impossible to get ahold of a human. As of writing this, my wife has been waiting (in pain) for a doctor to submit insurance information so she can pick up her prescription that was due to pickup yesterday.
