Over an hour wait time after my appointment time to see the doctor is sad and that is everytime I have an appointment.

Front desk receptionist was so rude. She gave me appointment in March 2022 and its Nov 2021.
Unprofessional beyond means you don’t tell someone you are going to do something by a time limit and never do it then when I followed up gave me another day that they would be in contact with me and still never heard from them. DO NOT make a promise you can’t keep have a little respect and do what you said you would.

The waiting time is ridiculously long and uncomfortable. There is definitely not enough staff as well as they tend to take long time. The glasses also take a long time to be adjusted and ready for pick up. Overall they provide acceptable service, but need to adjust their staff and time.
I am very please with Dr. Bill Avonda and Columbia Eye Associates. The staff is warm and welcoming and Bill is a great one on one physician. He makes you feel at ease and answers all of your questions clearly. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family and friends. 🙂
