Great customer service although like any other company trying to sell their product, they will tell you what is Good There but Not what is Best for You as it relates to life (i.e. better route to Save on life insurance). Agents however Are friendly and attentive….very thorough when it comes to their business.
Good insurance co. Had a simple term policy for my daughter to protect and secure her son’s future, she passed away this passed April. Once Columbia had the proper paperwork to process the claim they paid promptly.

Liars all of them. My brother died in April 2022 he purchased the “Elite Policy” they still have not paid off. Investopedia gives them a ‘B” rating meaning they don’t have the financial means to pay off policies. Stay away from these rude, inconsiderate scammers. They constantly put you off.
