We had an emergency with a broken water pipe and needed the water to the house turned off. The response was very quick, and the technician was very helpful and pleasant.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have every received. The representatives are not helpful and have the worst attitudes. Unfortunately, after two years of not having to deal with city utilities, I have moved back into their service area. I would rather carry water from a well, Jack and Jill style.

We had a water supply line break under our driveway on a Sunday. The technician on call was quick to respond. The office personnel with whom I spoke on the phone several times went above and beyond to provide the service we expected.
We found this in our bushes TWO DAYS later! We never received any other forms of notification. We drink a lot of water in our house and we were ALL really sick last night! Thanks so much for the do diligence!
I have lived in my home for 9 yrs. Our water bill was always due on the 20th..then 16th..then the 12th and now the 3rd…scamming an extra month ??? Crooks ?!!
I’ve never had trouble paying my bill and was told my card was fraudulent. Not true maybe its who you know lol
