The front desk lady just sent me to another office. Should have looked the online review before I went there. This is not the only place in town.
Im upset that they do not accept Hoosier Healthwise/ Medicaid.
Just no. Don’t. Didn’t tell us how much the bill would be until we had to pay it and it was over $200, how many people wouldn’t be able to afford that up front like that?? This was for a CONSULT only š just wow ā¦
This place is a joke. If ever there was a place that needed to get it together itās this one. On two occasions I have traveled a half hour to their offices to be greeted with āplease hurry up and waitā. Go somewhere else. This place isnāt worth the hassle.
Great experience with wisdom teeth extraction. Very caring staff and doctor. He called to check on my daughter that night.
The Doctors are so nice and truly helpful and you can tell they want what is best and are honest. When you call back if you have questions you reach their secretary and the one I spoke with 7/6 and 7/7 in the morning was not that nice and ā¦
This place is AWESOME! I had a wisdom tooth growing in at (basically) a 90Ā° angle and was cutting into my cheek. They MADE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE, and removed it with minimal pain. Staff is super nice and polite. Billing is understandable and fair. Dr. Bergman and staff….THANK YOU!!!
Dr. Forbes is extremely professional. Before my daughter’s extraction he thoroughly explained everything we could expect before, during and after the procedure. He was very informative and very friendly, along with the rest of the staff. I highly recommend Columbus Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Recently had four wisdom teeth extracted here. Dr. Forbes is excellent and explains everything you need to know about the procedure during the consultation. The extraction went by in an instant and I didnāt feel a thing.
I had a root canal that needed to be removed. Dr. Forbes is amazing. Did not feel a thing. Bedside manor is exemplary. I also like how they will not sell you anything that you don’t need. As a result of my deteriorating root canal, I ā¦
I’ll find another oral surgeon. They’re all over the place. Dr. Bergman has a sense of humor that comes in somewhere between odd and bizarre. OTOH, perhaps that’s the way it is when you’re from Coocoomo.
Just happened to go online to check hours for this practice and was shocked by the negative reviews I saw. I have seen Dr. Forbes several times, for consults and implants and have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Forbes. He is ā¦
DO NOT go here for a consultation they will charge you and not tell you that up front that there’s a fee. I had two other consultations and was not charged a penny. I provided my own x-ray so I’m not sure what they’re charging me for since ā¦
I have been fighting with these people for SIX MONTHS to file a claim with the correct insurance. Before you ask, yes, I provided the correct card. I have called them over, and over and over and over… I just checked AGAIN today. They ā¦
Extremely nice and helpful staff. Price for 2 wisdom teeth removal w/ nitrous was not that horrible after a deposit was made. My appointment took almost no time at all and I was given a blanket, talked to, and given a lot of info on how to take care of my mouth after the removal. Very professional people. Highly recommend.

Called about rescheduling my appointment for my referral because I missed the first one and the woman who answered the phone acted like her pay check was short because I didnāt make my first appointment. Iāll just go somewhere else.

We had a horrible experience at this office. I have a son with special needs. The staff were not the least bit understanding or flexible. They clearly prefer to take care of robots who don’t have any emotions or concerns when they arrive ā¦
Felt very rushed and almost no post operative information explained on how to move forward. Only to change gauze every 30 min until bleeding stopped. wouldnāt wait to send our prescription where we wanted. The one Office staff member very ā¦
