Mrs Thomas is a good CSR. However as a whole, CWW has a very poor culture of customer service. Their focus is on serving the large Corporations of Columbus, rather than the average citizen/customer. That is why there are at least 2 SVP’s with “Corporate Relation” titles, but only 1 with a “Customer” title….
Latoya has always been so very helpful anytime I’ve needed assistance. Whether its a billing issue, sending someone to help locate a leak, etc she is always on top of it!
No automatic payments. Online interface is terrible. Customer service office is impossible to contact (since hours are 8-5 M-F) Once I did get in contact with them. They told me someone would call me back to disconnect my service (I moved) and a week later, that never happened.
