Slow
Horrible
Very lazy and slow.
Love the staff here!
Great small town medical facility
Exceptional care and staff.
Dr Davis is amazing and truly cares!!!
Rude people when you call to make an appointment, not welcoming, and was left on hold for over 5 minutes only to be told there was no one else I could speak with.
People take time to talk with you . Great doctors and staff.
Great intake, seen fast by doctor
The wait and the service is ridiculous today. Attitudes are very positive today either…. No a fan. It’s almost like were an incovience to this location.
They cant read a test very well.
They don’t kmow what 80% blockage looks like.
Would not send my dog there or a human.
They treat you like family. This rural hospital offers care that matches any big city hospital with the personal touch. Love the atmosphere and the staff.
Please be advised if you think you have covid seek medical help elsewhere. It seems like the only thing that they care about at this hospital is getting you to leave.
Nurses very rude, barking orders, refusing to allow patient to even have company when someone came with her.
The clinic is sometimes completely busy . The staff usually patient.
Would recommend going to another hospital… Patient care should be a priority, not a problem… Its your job people, you chose this job. Make it your priority to give first rate care. Do Not treat patients like they are just a pain in your …
Mediocre care at best. Additionally, they can’t seem to get there billing correct. Every doctor that provided care to my child filed a claim billing under my wife’s insurance and not mine. Have had to call 30 different phone numbers for …
My husband was in an accident on July 2, 2013, and was taken to the Comanche County Medical Center. I found the staff to be very pleasant and kind. They even recommended a place for us to grab a late lunch as the cafeteria was already …
Don’t care much for this place, it’s like pushing cattle thru a sale barn. Run you in spend 10 mins prescribe more pills & run you out !! There isn’t any trying to fix the medical problem.
The ER refused to give my sister a note for work. They said she is medically okay. Does a broken collar bone sound medically ok to you? Clearly she was in the ER and treated because she wasn’t medically ok.
I did not appreciate the nurse practitioner Mavis Feist.
We just moved to town and I needed to transfer to a new doctor. The receptionist I talked to, made me an appointment with Mavis Feist. …
Took my Mom to the ER when she was having breathing issues. The care was excellent, and the ER doctor went to great lengths to see that Mother got excellent care. My only complaint was the bill…when I got the bill, there was no itemized billing, it was just a total. It took awhile, but we worked all that out.
If I could give Negative stars I would. The staff clearly doesn’t care about the patients and the doctors are ignorant and don’t even know how to take care of an infection properly. My mother is in great pain because these idiots don’t know …
For a small rural town to have a hospital and clinic of this caliber is unusual. I have been going to this clinic since I was 4 years old. It has changed names and staff members many times over the years, but still remains an excellent medical choice.
Much better than Brownwood. Came here after several experiences of receiving poor care or outright being refused it there and they said they had a doctor who not only knew about my condition but had experience with it which was a genuine …
Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. I love my doctor here!
We have been coming here for years- our Doctor is Stephen Dickey and he is the best. My son has Brittle Diabetes and Chronic Hard-Headedness, and Dr. Dickey is the only one who can help. His staff are great, and we will come here (all the way from Possum Kingdom Lake) as long as he’s here.
I drive 40 minutes because everyone at the hospital and the clinic are friendly, thorough and caring
Been going there for a long time it’s really changed in the last 3 or 4 months. When your doctor tells you to call him and tell him when you really need to get in he will work you in and in the front desk acts like they don’t care it’s time to find another doctor.
Had to drive 30 miles, to and from, for a service at this place. I was told that there was no insurance verification on me so I would have to pay over $300 for a service that actually comes with my medicare. They refused to even look at my …
