The hold time is over 2 hours to speak to customer service. They only send part of your order and to straighten it out you have to try to get in touch with customer service. I am sending my partial order back and going to another company.
Very good quality supplies, the delivery is free and if you’re covered the products are free as well. I know that they have some solutions for people with no insurance, but I don’t know how it works. Anyway – well deserved 5 starts.
