  1. (Translated by Google) I’m sorry but I only speak Spanish.
I am very satisfied with all the services that have been provided to me, thank you very much. I would also like to know when my policy expires and how I can …

  2. Worst customer service EVER! They put you on hold for hours, make it impossible to log in to your account if you’ve lost your password, and generally can’t answer you questions.

  3. I have always had great customer service and caring, knowledgeable representatives who are thorough answering my questions and offering additional help they think necessary. Thank you so much!

  4. Every month I get billed a different premium., and it keeps getting higher. I asked customer service why this happens, but all I get is a run around.

  5. Can I give these guys -5 stars? I don’t know where to begin with this company. Worst customer service ever. I don’t understand how they can keep their doors open.

  6. Got roped into this scam threw the market and now stuck with them for a whole year and they know it. Customer care is nonexistent and they just give the run around on everything

  7. I had the best costomer service experience with Evette ever she was patient kind and truly a great help, she walked me through the time was so pleasant….. Russ Mc Duffie

  8. Wait for customer service is painfully long , the holidays are over , open enrolment period for AHC is over, NO ESCUSE its impossible to speak to an agent. Please address this issue .

  9. While premiums at Common Ground may be slightly lower than other companies, the stress, headache and potential financial burden resulting from this company’s ineptitude is not worth it.

  10. Dont do business with this company. Horrible horrible horrible. Nothing but loopholes and fine print to separate you from your money. The only get back to you quickly when they discover the technicality.

  11. Can never get thru on the phone. Have tried 3 times now and ended up hanging up after waiting between 30 -45 min listening to an advertisement loop. Customer service is obviously nonexistent!

  12. Online access is terrible . Customer service is inadequate the help is not helpful at all. I have had numerous providers that our family see tell us Commonground is also very difficult for them to get explanations and payment from .

  13. It takes to long to get in contact with someone you make your payment and when you try to get anything done meds or doc they tell you you need to contact your pervider.

  14. Awful customer support. Call hold times over 2 hours, didn’t even talk to a person. I did manage to contact them via Facebook but only received a generic response and no help on my simple follow up question. I’m really regretting going through them

  15. I am amazed to see negativity. This organization took me through cancer treatment. All promises kept. Bills paid promptly. They provided a completely positive experience for me.

  16. I’ve had CommonGround for about a year now and just renewed for 2019 with them. They have went above and beyond to get me through my health issues and for a reasonable price. …

  17. These people and the company border on criminal. The executives should be arrested for putting their customers health and life in peril. Why the state of Wisconsin has not stepped in and shut these people down is beyond me. If I could post this review by giving them no stars (which is what they deserve) I would.

  18. The absolute worst customer service you’ll ever get from a healthcare provider. I cancelled my policy months ago since I found a job with healthcare benefits and they’re still trying to bill me for it… If you find yourself needing healthcare DO NOT use Common Ground

  19. I had multiple wonderful experiences with Evette, who worked very hard to override my hold with prescription coverage so I was able to get my much needed inhaler before it ran out. Thank you so much for the help Evette!!

  20. They never ever answer their phone. I was on the phone for almost an entire hour before I hung up. The disgusting thing about that is that I needed to talk to them because I couldn’t get into my account. They can’t even take payments over the phone: horrible!

  21. Evette is/was wonderful. I needed help with some issues and she took the time to walk me through the process 100%!!! I would hire this lady in a minute. She understands the meaning of Customer Service. YES!!!!

  22. The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Dropped coverage with no notice, am currently on hold for the last 45 minutes. This is my 3rd call to them today, no answer each time it is a Monday during normal business hours.

  23. Statements are always cryptic. Id like to know why my premium shot up 50 bucks a month. Cannot get a hold of anyone in a reasonable time to find out. Give us your money or be fined by the government, thank you. Pathetic greed.

  24. I am having a bad experience through this company. I signed up with the MarketPlace and have paid for my insurance, but have yet to receive a phone call or an insurance card. I do not even know how I can find a doctor through them because going to use their page is confusing. If someone would contact me, then I would change my review.

  25. I would give them zero if I could. The worst customer service I’ve ever had since it is non existent. I waited on hold two separate times for 54 min and emailed twice with no response. Unbelievable awful to deal with and couldn’t get simply …

  26. I have been trying to communicate with common ground on behalf of a client of mine, and am starting to feel that they are deliberately not returning my calls and evading my being able to reach a person. No one answers and then I am told that voice mail boxes are full and the call is disconnected.

  27. I was with CommonGround in 2015 and have since found another insurance company. Recently, I looked for records from when I was insured. I can no longer login, nor are the phone people very helpful. Unfortunately, I must muddle through and deal with these difficult and poorly trained folks as the information is critical.

  28. got this insurance ONLY to cover my meds. I don’t see a Dr. one month into it they don’t cover my meds anymore. I can’t switch coverage until November. its February!!!! I hate this insurance. my meds are not covered. im a schizophrenic. off my meds. I’m going to end up stabbing my brain out.

  29. Garbage tier insurance with little doctor availability and an awful network. Earliest appointment I could make was months away. Showed up to my appointment only to find out it was rescheduled for another month out. What a joke.

  30. The worst phone auto matted phone calls I have ever experience. I have called many times with hours of waiting and no answer whatsoever!!!!! I need futher information about my claims and cost ect…I am beyond disappointed by this. Please please provide better phone conversation with live representatives with answers.

  31. Spoke with Evette & Raneshia today regarding a number of claims I needed to be reviewed with respect to my deductible. Both ladies were super-helpful, friendly and helping in anyway they could. Thank you both!

  32. I am supose to have a procedure done tomorrow and yiur so called DR says i should get therapy i am almist bed ridin and in horrible pain and he can say i dont need this done i would really like to put all my pain into this dr and say how does this feel

  33. The customer service is horrible. LATRISHA, the so called “supervisor ” was extremely rude and lied. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They give you the run around. Was told that letters were mail to our home and we never received anything. If they had negative stars I would choose that option.

  34. I’ve never had a problem with this insurance company, every time I’ve called I’ve gotten an answer, every time I emailed I’ve gotten a response. It really seems like the folks I spoke with cared about me as an individual and what I needed.

  35. We just had some questions regarding health care when traveling outside of the area. Was able to talk to a representative (Katie) right away and she was extremely helpful!! Very happy with the help we received.

  36. When my son had pass away had to call them up a couple of times to see why he was still on the plan.
Keep on having issues with them returning the payment. Where we have it set up where they take it out every month. Not a very happy person.

  37. So Common Ground…..Do you guys cover anything or do you just collect payments from people and the government. I mean….I can’t even go to the doctor…they charge full rate. CG doesn’t pay one cent? Basically $1000 a month is going to …

  38. So far, knock on wood, this insurance has been pretty reasonable and even easy to understand. Not cheap, but much better than the last experience I had with Fidelis in New York. I guess everything is relative, but I am pleasantly surprised.

  39. Take a look at the reviews! Almost all are one star! I do not know why they waste the ink on their membership cards to provide telephone numbers. THEY DO NOT ANSWER! Customer service is absolutely horrible and simply non-existent! I’d like to rate Common Ground at a NEGATIVE 10!

  40. *Zero stars. No available doctors in network in my area. Why offer more health plans than the area’s doctors can handle? They will not allow new doctors into the network who ARE in my area and who ARE accepting new patients. Pure scam.

  41. I’m on my third call to their customer service line and waiting for 15+ minutes. AGAIN. I don’t have time to wait 15-20 minutes at 2 in the afternoon on a Thursday. Avoid this insurance company if you like prompt customer service

  42. Terrible customer service. Plus, my wife just got a job this year, making an extra 1k per month for our family. CGHC decides my premium should be $400 more per month, and has more than tripled the cost of every presription we have, and for me that is costly with my asthma meds. Currently shopping other plans, I would stay away.

  43. This company is incredibly poorly run. When I try to get into my account and put in the user name and password it and it either gives me an error message or it goes to a non-existent account. Wait time on the phone today was over an hour …

  44. They constantly say I havent paid my premium. Just got another letter saying my grace period is almost up. ITS PAID!!!!!!! Half the time I dont get a bill and when I do its wrong. These people need to get some people working for them …

  45. Stay away from Common Ground, they will deny medically necessary treatment for one claim with a particular CPT code and then when the same procedure is performed again with the same CPT code it will be approved. There is no rhyme or reason …

  46. I reached out to try and fix my auto pay settings. It keeps pulling twice as much from my bank account. I deleted it as they said to, but it just pulled it again, twice as much as it should, and since I didn’t have the funds in that account it failed, and I was charged by my bank. 🙁

  47. This company is HORRIBLE …can never speak to a person, the numbers listed don’t work, cannot get help , takes at least two weeks to get anything accomplished. Will definitely not go with them next year. Didn’t really want to give them a 1 star but had to choose something in order to post review……

  48. The Market Place had made a BIG mistake with our tax credit and we lost coverage. Evette was a ROCK STAR an looked into account. We did a special enrollment period and it all worked out… She is VERY pleasant, easy to speak with. EVETTE “YOU ARE AWESOME” Thank you again.

  49. Extremely poor insurance that I don’t want anymore. They have made me wait so long for a prescription need. I’ve called multiple times (more than 10) Yet, they still aren’t doing much. Can’t wait to tell them I’m leaving their insurance as a customer!!

  50. CGHC has been wonderful to work with. I am so grateful to that my agent took time to understand my needs and explain my best options. Personalized attention provided peace of mind along with a great insurance program. Thanks!

  51. I loved Common Ground before I went on Medicare. Never had any issues or concerns and they never had a problem when I called to have the appropriate answer and were correct on top of that. Thank you Common Ground for all your support.

  52. Not a good start Common Ground. We were sent an EOB for a childrens visit from a few weeks ago. We owe the full amount according to the EOB even though the Dr is listed in the Provider Directory. I call and I am put on hold for 8 mins. …

  53. My insurance started out by telling me I will have all the same doctors. This never happened. I lost all my doctors which were important to me since I have a brain tumor. I started having some pains in my side. I went to my family doctor …

  54. I lost my husband health care coverage after he passed away at a young age. MarketPlace signed me up with CommonGround …. So far so good. The only part I do not care for, is trying to reach someone by phone. That takes forever…..but when I do get through, they are quite pleasant.

  55. I started a new job in MKE and was not provided health insurance until I was hired on. CGHC came to my rescue. Their plans were easy to understand and there was a lot of variety in networks. I only had them for 5 months but it was a seamless experience.

  56. The premium tax credit is a joke. It’s a scam. Just a way of making everyone think they are able to afford the healthcare. Got my taxes done and found I have to pay back the entire premium which is over $3000. Where am I supposed to find that money now? Never used my insurance once anyway.

  57. Year 3 with CGHC, and things just keep going downhill. We are self-insured business owners who pay outrageous premiums even though we are completely healthy, which have gone from $600 to $1350 with the highest catastrophic deductibles …

  58. This company are a disgrace, they are insisting my wife lowers the dosage for medication she has been on for years. I suppose they think they know better than her doctor? To add insult to injury the customer service has been constantly rude …

  59. Update: 1/26/18. Got a message about my invoice. Called again. Went through the multiple machinations (press 1 for …. press 2 for press 3, 4, 5, 6. 7, 8,9…) Now on hold for 6:15 minutes listening to bad music. Deciding to hang up. …

  60. They charged me 2 times for 2 months! Now I’m on the phone trying to talk to someone and been on hold for 30 mins so far! I only have an hour break! This is bs. Even with all that being done the pharmacy is STILL saying my insurance isn’t going through due to non payment! You gotta be kidding me!!

  61. Awful. My insurance was dropped due to an error in my auto-pay through my bank, I was never notified by phone or email, only two letters that I did not receive due to me being away from my home for an extended period of time. They were incredibly unhelpful throughout the entire experience.

  62. Great Insurance Company! I am really picky about everything. When making any decisions I analyze every single little detail. Common Ground is a great choice, and I recommend them by far! Please don’t believe their 2 star rating, I’m baffled as to why they are rated so low on Google reviews. They are great, really.

  63. I cannot thank Raneshia at Common Ground enough! Just excellent customer service. She went WAY out of her way for me setting me up with the right doctor when I was having a tough time finding one myself. She made sure he was in network and …

  64. Disgusting company. I would give them zero stars if I could. They know how to play the game a give the run around. There are a few good customer service agent. One was wendy i believe, she was amazing, but that’s about it. …

  65. This company is garbage. They took my premium payment, gave me a receipt, then denied me coverage saying I didn’t pay my premium!! I tried calling multiple times, wasted hours on hold and still couldn’t get through to a human being. Save your money and your time and go elsewhere.

  66. Don’t forget a medication when you leave for vacation because you will have to wait 3-5 business days for them to approve a refill, that includes medicine vital for your survival, like test strips. We pay $1000 for our family of three and they cover NOTHING. Until we reach a $18,000 deductible. WHAT A JOKE!

  67. I have only good things to say about Common Ground, the negative reviews are mostly based on the fact that everyone now days want everything immediately. I have been with them for 3 years and have never had anything denied, unlike other companies who have a policy for denying everything and you have to fight with them. AAA+++

  68. I signed up and then canceled immediately on the site but the payment went through anyway. I contacted them several times to cancel and they said I had to cancel through the Federal Marketplace. After two conversations with the …

  69. I’ve had CGHC for two years now, they have made some major improvements in the last year. It is an incredibly affordable option with good coverage. For their customer service you actually get to talk to a real person who cares and their claims are processed in a timely manner.

  70. Barely any doctors available. Had to fight to get a medication I’ve been getting for years and ended up having to change it because I just can’t deal with this company. Oh yeah and paid for full month early…yet they didn’t turn on my …

  73. I was trying to figure out if I could leave zero stars but I guess Google doesn’t allow that. I’ve been self-employed my entire life, so I’ve always had to pay for my own health insurance. Unfortunately now the options have become less and …

  74. Idk about some these other reviews but I’ve had them for almost a year and have never had an issue with anything. Everytime I need to see a doctor it’s covered. Everytime I need meds covered. I pay on time and again no issues. This is the first insurance company I have ever been with and it works wonderfully. Thank you CGH.

  75. I switched Insurance’s as of December 13, 2017 and my common ground plan was made inactive, yet there was a $550+ payment taken from my account on December 26th, stating that it was for coverage for Jan, 2018. …

  85. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Common Ground. My doctor is in network and I made sure of that before I enrolled. I have never had a claim denied. In fact, this is the first time I’ve had a mammogram where I paid next to nothing. I love this insurance!

  86. GET A PLAN WITH SOMEONE ELSE. THEY COMPLETELY SCREWED ME OVER. Would give zero stars if I could. Everything was fine until the 27th of December, just a few days before my coverage with them would be ending on the first of the new year in …

  92. Unfortunately Common Ground is my only option for health insurance now. My deductible went from $500 when I had private insurance to $8,000 under this terrible insurance. Premiums are also higher. If you call to ask a simple question, you get put on hold for at least a half hour. Worst insurance company ever.

  122. Avoid this company at all costs. I pay close to a thousand dollars a month for 3 people. I went to the emergency room and they refuse to cover one cent. I’ve paid them tens of thousands of dollars over the years and they won’t cover one cent. What good is insurance if you can’t ever use it?

  123. I recently took this insurance due to lack of marketplace insurance. I have tried many times to call them. I am always placed on hold. One time for 2 dam hours with me being 9th in line and never got any closer to a answer. Twice I opted for a call back when my number came up. 2 weeks and still no call.

  125. Being self employed I use the government marketplace for insurance. I signed up and made my payment only for Common Ground to say they want more per month then what the marketplace rate was. 126. We got a little behind on bills and they canceled the policy. We got caught up a little after the grace period and tried to pay it in full. They wouldn’t help us. I guess they think $1000 a month isn’t a lot of money. Molina always let me …
