This company is an absolute disgrace, extremely rude staff, my brother went there and he doesn’t speak English, they claimed that they don’t speak English sarcastically, until he handed them the phone and i spoke to them. Avoid at all costs if possible.

They have the worst phone system (IVR) on the planet. The automated system constantly hangs up on customers. Their phone reps have no authority or ability to contact people in the main office or in the field. Insane hold times which are compounded by being hung up on.
ComEd is So behind the times. Why can’t they do autopayments using a credit card? Because they want you to miss payments so they can charge extra fees.
