I’ve been a member here for 15 years and the service has become progressively worse. Wait times are longer and they seem to be more focused on expansion than quality customer service. They deposited a check into the wrong account once.
I’ve been with them for over a yr. The only problem I have is when I wanted to apply for a loan I got no help. Other then that I’ve always been given excellent customer service.
