  1. This the worse place to go for treatment they don’t want to help dr treat me horribly and accuse me of stuff that never happened in my
Life I would not recommend place to anyone

  2. Awful, dirty, no communicative and just a dump of a place. If you cant afford anything else Im sorry for you because you wont get decent treatment here at all.

  3. The staff do try, but our area has a lot of people with mental health issues, and it always seems to be a dreary place. However, they do the best they can with the limited resources they have.

  4. Absolutely horrible. I tried to reschedule my appointment, no one called me for a week and when they did I was in a doctors appointment, so I couldn’t answer but called back as soon as I was done but once again no one answered and I never received another phone call. So much for “helping” me.

  5. The Alpha staff for the school was impolite and was not rly therapeutic for me as well as some staff making some uncomfortable comments that made me feel worse than better I do not recommend this but that is my opinion the rooms in the day …

  6. If I knew then what I do now, I would have never seeked services for my 11 year old daughter @CGC. Telepsych should never be an option for children nor medication unless absolutely necessary as a last resort. No Dr should be able to …

  7. If you reschedule 2 appointments (even with days of advance notice and even if they fill the spot you were originally scheduled for) they discharge you. They sent a letter stating I needed to respond within 15 days, and then discharged me on the 14th day.

  8. I give it 2 stars for less then subpar service. How do you not accept Medicare to receive one on one counseling? Most other places will accept my insurance, why not the CGC? I don’t necessarily recommend it. If you need services, go to FBR or Family Psych, but this is just my experience.

  9. Staff is very kind and caring. Only thing I disagree with is the absence policy. For a mental health facility you’d think they’d be more sympathetic to those with anxiety and knowing sometimes it’s hard to get out of bed in the morning and function let alone come to a dreaded appointment all about you and your issues.

  10. During the whole covid I was in therapy over the phone. My therapist was out of DuBois and I did not like her and I asked for a different therapist and I couldnt get one and then I got discharged for not being able to do zoom like she wanted so I was sort of happy when I found the most amazing place.

  11. The CGC has been extremely helpful for my mental health. I refused to seek treatment for so long and as soon as I came in for my intake appointment I felt comfortable with the staff and the environment. Both therapy and partial has greatly helped me, I am very appreciative of the services that I have received.

  12. CGC provided services to my family for about 10 months, 6 over zoom and 4 in person. I will be forever grateful that they assisted us- if they take you on coming out of the hospital that is great. That said, do not view them as a long term …

  13. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My fiancé tried for weeks to get signed up for court orders classes. Never got anything but voicemails and no returned calls. Finally, after leaving a voicemail with a supervisor, got a call back from …

  14. I’ve been going here for about ten years. For seven or so of those, things were great – my therapist was absolutely incredible and my psychiatrist was pretty great. …
