was provided a service that did not fulfill the needs expressed for the needs required and still charged for services that failed to accomplish the needed care that was supposedly required, but not scheduled for.

Very busy clinic and urgent care. They have a very nice staff and the building is clean.
I’m not happy with this place. I have walked in on several occasions and stood there at check in while 4 people ignored me. All they do is look up and chat with each other before opening there window. Then they don’t even look at you while they say I can help you here…Geez
Community Health practioners have been a great support in the community.
I’ll make it simple, Joan Grimes told me I was “wasting her time” and hung up on me. This is the head of a department.
Plus its impossible to get an actual MD here.
I’ve never had any complaint about this facility. The doctors have always been very polite and helpful. I’ve been going here since I was a toddler.
The scheduling staff is so rude. Every time I call there, they are always giving attitude. I usually end up not even going to my apt and go to urgent care because I’m not going somewhere where the staff is rude. Hire new receptionists!
Treats patients like cattle and show little care for patients. Don’t follow up on complaints, overall lack of communication and care. Recently switched elsewhere and I suggest the same to other.
I don’t know if it’s the opioid epidemic, (whah, whah, whah) but they are extremely reluctant to give me the medication I need. I don’t care if Joe Schmoe is overdosing, give me what I need. I don’t request what I don’t need and I don’t take opioids. Ridiculous and unnecessary!
Lila Gamble is my practitioner. Love her bedside manner. Great facility. Clean and very organized.
The nurses are in and out. It’s like they don’t try to form a bond with the kids or parent. The drs aren’t much better. They DON’T always GIVE THE PROPER time and attention to access the child to give him a proper diagnosis.
We are grateful for the very good care of Kristin Sperber! The receptionists and nurses we’ve met have been lovely.
Nice facility, well received at front desk and by nursing staff. Unfortunately the PCP I was seeing didn’t inspire a lot of confidence in me. I won’t be seeing her again.
My main issue is trying to talk with someone who can answer my questions about my issue with getting a prescription filled. So many different people answer the phone…and getting a call back just does not happen in an acceptable time …

I have been going here for years and I have yet to have a bad experience. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to be of assistance. The facility is kept clean and social distancing is respected.
