The rudest emergency room staff I’ve ever come in contact with I went cause I hadn’t been able to eat or drink a thing in 3 days and because I didn’t have insurance they treated me like garbage.
This is my first and last visit to this hospital if I can call it that..my son has pink eye and we have been waiting for at least 3 hours there are only like 6 rooms available I guess… and the staff could care less about the patients and …
Takes way to long to tell patients what’s wrong with theim very rude at front desk and not happy with having to sit out side while my partner is in there getting check out I’ve been waiting 4 hours now keep that in mind NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER
Gave me codeine. I had a full body reaction with hives and rashes. They refused to prescribe anything else. I called and called and told them I was scratching the skin off my body and they said “take benadryl” (i dont have a car) so now it’s a night of hell and who knows how long it will last.
My wife was admitted Friday night, staff was helpful through the weekend but today everyone I have been in contact with this ‘hospital’ has been extremely rude and refuse to help. How this place stays open is beyond me.

NEVER let your loved ones go here. Unprofessional, uncaring, dirty, place of horrors. My father was severely mistreated here and he will never be the same. Permanent damage. He would have faired better if we had just abandoned him on the side of the road. HORRIBLE.
I think the only reason this hospital remains open is because its primary patients are those sent from the local nursing homes to die. Its pretty telling that when even in an emergency, people will still take the extra (and very precious) time to go to Opelika or Montgomery.
I disagree with the poor rating. My husband was inpatient at this facility for 3 days this summer. The entire staff was professional. His surgery went smoothly. Shout out to Dr. Courtney And Dr. Bianchi.

I am very disappointed in Dr. Maxwell’s professionalism. I was taken off morphine late at night with no warning from the doctor. The nurse had no reason to give. I’ve never had that happen without a discussion first for transition. Made me sick. Nurse said “they do that here if they want to!” So I did get an answer!
