The discharge staff on two separate admissions did not communicate with family until the day of discharge. They have very poor communication skills in regards to involving the family in decisions. Services will not be utilized again..

When the doctors office called, they said it would be a $75 office visit. They were with me for 10 minutes, no equipment, special services, nothing, but yet I receive a bill for an additional $250. Typical unscrupulous behaviors of Community networks.

Don’t go to the ER if you’re in any sort of actual pain. Had broken ribs and cartilage damage pulled away from ribs. They’re go to is ibuprofen. Asked for pain meds 1 time and the dr quite literally called me a drug addict. Go to St. Vincent or Indy. Community in Anderson won’t help.
