THIS OUTFIT IS A SCAMMER. They knew I had a procedure done on 12/7/22, and now, more than 2 months later, I received a bill for $180.91, saying the amount was applied to my deductible in 2022. I called BCBSTX and was informed that they paid 100% on the procedure, therefore I did not owe anything.
It has been awful they wait forever to send you a bill and then say you are past due customer service is terrible they won’t work with you wish the hospital didn’t use them
Like the others here, bill for $666 and no clue how that’s even correct.
My pathology was done by Baler University so I was informed. Who the fu** are these people??
I just do not understand why you use BCM pathology the name, but you do not give to Bcm employee corporation discount? the point is your just in network per provider, your are not BCM do not confuse BCM Employees?
Like many people wrote before me, their billing SUCKS! Instead of contacting me, they go straight to a collection agency. I hope I never need their services again.
This is a scam, my out of pocket was met way before the date listed, never recieved a bill, as many others stated. All bills paid for this surgery, but somehow this one just appears almost a year later. . . Right.
Just like the other reviews, fraudulent billing. Received an invoice with triple or more billing, and so many errors. Tried to call and settle this, only to be put on hold forever, no one ever came to the phone after holding forever.
Never received a bill nor does my insurance company have any record of a bill from these Bozos. I did get a letter from a bill collector wanting payment for their services. Apparently their billing dept is made up of a bunch of morons.
I just received my first bill from Community Pathology Associates for a service they claim to have provide which is possible. The bill states it is my final notice before turning over to a collection agency. The bill is for $920.00 I have Medicare and I have secondary insurance. I think their billing is really screwed up.
Never received a bill. Collection agency would not provide phone number for this company. Insurance, hospital and Dr has never heard of them. BBB, here we come!

This company is. Scam. They have access to medical billing. Then then have a collection agency act like you owe money. Small amounts, in hopes you just pay it. Their website looks very amateur-ish, the bill said that $775 has been paid on my bill already but I still owe a small amount. There has been no claim on my insurance by this company, so I think this is false.

This place sends frivolous bills and threats to people who are not their customers. Watch out, they provide no services and just want your money.

first i heard from them was a collection agency call. they used old address but i never dealt with them.
