  5. If your job depends on internet, this ain’t it. It is unstable at best, and at worst it just doesn’t move fast enough. I expect to see a prorated bill at the end of the month!

  6. When their system crashes you can’t even call them on the phone. Everything goes down and if they are doing maintenance they should do it in the AM hours and send out emails to let their clients know. And you can’t pay your bill online

  8. Can’t ever get anyone to answer a phone. Called everyday for over a week to pay my bill and they won’t answer, now I’m getting a $5.00 late fee for their lack of communication skills. Looking into other options of service, I advise whoever reads this to do the same.

  9. Probably the most inconsistent isp i have ever had. When its good its amazing, but 80% of the time you will have tons of packet loss. If not that the jitter is between 40ms up to 400ms. would not recommend to anyone that enjoys having a stable connection

  10. The internet service offered through CTS is very spotty and inconsistent. Despite paying for high speed upload and download speeds, getting them consistently is a gamble. Service is prone to outages. If you live in the CTS service area you may want them based on price but that is really all they have going for them.

  13. To expensive, they charge a month in advance, plus taxes and fees are crazy. No one should have to pay what their asking.had problems with my service. When I fell behind, tried to catch up it was almost impossible. Now it’s on my credit because they charge to much. Had several outages and connection issues.
