  1. Why is the atm always broken? Why? I shouldn’t have to pay fees to use other area atm’s just due to the fact that this one is always out of freaking commission!

  3. Horrible bank they closed my account because I didn’t deposit money in my account and basically took $10 from me because they force you to donate $5 to open an account plus the $5 that you have to keep in your account!!! Terrible bank!!!

  4. The automated number is ridiculous. You go in a loop, on Hold for over an hour, then the system hangs up on you. Called the other available numbers and brings me back to the same automated system. Unprofessional.

  5. Customer service is terribly unprofessional. Exact problems other reviews have mentioned. Made a payment and I kept my payment confirmation reciept. They show no record of it on file. Keep all of your receipts… you will need them.

They have an “administrative assistant” handling crucial aspects of my mortgage, and she screws them up every year, then lies to me about it.
