I want to start by saying I love my general, and I love what this facility is able to achieve with our community….But the visit took an hour and forty-five minutes in total now mind you I had to bring my toddler which honestly sucked.
We’ve been going to Occupational therapy almost a year now. Mr.Brian has been absolutely amazing with my child, she’s over came so much in such a short time! I would recommend this place to anyone with a child needing OT!
The physical health side of Compass is great. However, the mental health side is terrible. They do not listen to concerns, and for some reason cannot refill medicines without being seen. Do not recommend for anything mental health related. I’ve switched and it was the best thing that has happened to me.

I personally have kid(s) that go here. The therapists here always treat us like family. I love how much they invest into the kids that get seen here. The facility is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
When I first started going to Ryan, my Bp and cholesterol was dangerously high, it took a little while, but Ryan was persistent in getting my levels where they was manageable, yes I would recommend Compass to anyone who’ll listen, I’m glad I started going to Ryan as my health care provider
I’ve been going to Compass since 2012 and Thea Floyd has been my provider. She is almost like a second mother to me and always goes above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule. Idk where id be without her at this point!
I just wanted to say that Thea is one of the reasons I’ve maintained my sobriety. She has helped me work on many aspects of my health and by working together my life has substantially improved.
I have been going to CCHC for a long time now and Thea Floyd is not just my provider but takes care of my boyfriend and all my children, she is a fantastic provider, will address all of your needs as well is a great friend. There should be more like her in the world. I would highly recommend her!!!

Thea Floyd is hand down the best provider I have seen in my 30 years of living. She took the time to listen to me and got my medication on the right track. At previous places I felt like a lab rat with all the medications they tried. Thea got it right, though! 5 out of 5 stars aren’t enough!
