Literally are on hold for 20 minutes for someone to pick up and put you back on hold then one last person to pick up and say hold then hang up. BY FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE, THE WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE !! I HATE THIS PLACE AND WISH I COULD USE A DIFFERENT DOCTOR.
I agree. The people at CompleteCare really do the complete care. Not only do they care about your physical health but mental and emotional health as well. Really good people at Shoprite in Bridgeton and on Hwy 77 also on Irving and Cohansey. They are really great people to get to know.
I LOVE the workers!! They are always very pleasant and helpful. You can tell they really care about the patients. The doctors and Nurses Practioner that I have had,have also been very caring. I would LOVE to work there!!
I had to wait about 20 minutes in the waiting room then after the nurse checked me in I waited another 35 minutes until the doctor came in and all she did was refer me to a urologist. And nothing else was done for my pain.
