I have been treated by Dr Basyuk previously and he is helping to determine the cause of my hand pain. It is a difficult issue and he is trying a number of approaches to solve the problem. I was injured in February. I was referred to Concord Orthopedics in April. Every appt. i had was early. I never once had to sit waiting. I eventually had surgery and even that went smoothly. I would recommend them anytime. They all seemed happy to be doing what they do and they’re friendly.

I was called in before my appointment time. Dr. came in exactly on time. XRay tech very Parian’s friendly. Dr. went over X Rays in detail, very relaxed and thorough. The automated check in was very easy to use despite my initial angst at it. All in all, a very good session.

They don’t answer their phones at this clinic. They admit they have telephone system issues but it is never fixed. I loved this place 13 years ago but am not sure I would recommend it at this time.
